I am (suppose to be) writing a graduate history paper on the modernity of Mark Twain. If my lovely wife wasn’t preventing me from procrastinating, I would be playing! Thank God I can minimize the browser so I can secretly browse the forums |

I have been browsing the forums, too, as I've yet to get my copy...
Ironically, I have finals beginning today with Statistics, and going through all next week.. 
But, MW should be here Monday or Tuesday..

Ahhh, the art of full exemptions  (next month). I haven't gotten the game yet because I have been working on an Indepth forty five minute presentation on the Nervious System .

The tyranny of distance...
Bethesda self-published MW, so their international distrubution infrastructure is ...erm...somewhat underwhelming.
I suspect there may have been a conversation a couple of weeks ago that went something like this:
Uberdev#1: Yo Chuck, we've gone gold, woot!
Uberdev#2: Bitchin', Jimbob! We roxxor! Morrowind takes on the world!
Uberdev#1: Oh yeah...um....right.
Uberdev#2: We are shipping to foreigners aren't we? They make up most of the market!
Uberdev#1: You mean like Canadians?
Uberdev#2: Yeah, Canadians! And..um, you know - *foreigners*!
Uberdev#1: Huh?
Uberdev#2: Yeah, like restaurants!

How's this for torture.... The company I ordered it from said that all orders made on or prior to May the 1st had been shipped out on the 3rd. I ordered it late(ish) on the 1st, and I'm paranoid as to whether my copy was shipped or not, and I can't get an order status because it's the weekend!!
So..... I'm going potty because I don't know if it'll be shipped on the 7th or if I'll be *playing* it on the 7th! Arrrrrgggg! *headbutts monitor repeatedly*

mine comes on monday... and i am one of the lucky ppl who doesnt have to work or go to schooling... thats why i will be making a large plug-in for this game, beginning monday... i got my worldmap together in form of a jpg image, looks pretty good... anyway, i dont have much else to do cept wait for morrowind and visiting these forums all day and my worldmap is 5mb large, very big project |
