plz some1 help. i cannot install this game. computer restarts halfway thru file copy process on the 1st disc! this is my 2nd copy of the game and its the same problem, so its not the disc. i,ve tried copying everything to my hard drive, but it still uses the disc to install, and still crashes the exact same way. thx,

I suggest you also post this on the JoWooD board - and make it important or youŽll hardly get a qualified response.
All I could tell you is the usual stuff (update drivers, close all programs, etc.).
It might be an idea to install it on another PC, though. If it can be installed you know that your PC has a problem.

my asus mobo p4s8x has an onboard soundcard made by c-media. i disabled the soundcard during install and wala! then i reenabled it after install completion, and so far , no problems. must be an issue with that card. anyway, hope this helps any1 else with this mobo. off to play cya, and thx gorath 4 trying to help. |
