who teaches alchemy in TNOTR-i need to learn +str
   

i started with sagitta but she doesn't teach strength she stopped after dexterity adn spirit elixirs...

I think Constantino teaches the strength elixir. You don't have to be his apprentice, just talk to him after you've learned the alchemy basics and he'll teach you new potions.

I think that's the priest in the city, don't remeber his name right now, but I think he can teach it to you on the boat, but that's in CH6
