X-Box

Imagine being an X-Box owner (like I am) and reading all the first impressions and dying to start playing and knowing that the estimated release date (according to Amazon.com) is May 20th. I think I'm going to die.

X-Box

June or July? I'm definately going to die. "Hello? Bill Gates? What's up with your stupid X-Box...?" I guess I'm waiting and dreaming.

My peronsal take on the xbox

My personal opinion regarding the delay with the Xbox version of Morrowind is simply that Bethesda probably wants to see what bugs creep up with the PC version in a real world setting.

It's much easier to fix bugs with the PC version via the internet. Much tougher to do the same with the Xbox... and even harder since the game files are read from the CD ROM which cannot be altered.

So my guess is, Bethesda wants to see what bugs surface, isolate the ones that affect theXbox as well, fix them and have an even more polished and stable version for the videogame version.

I think that's probably a wise move. Would be nothing worse to be playing the Xbox version only to run into some kind of problem and not be able to finish a quest or even worse, the game.

I heard the microsoft has to run tests on the x-box version before it's released. And I heard it will be released the 15th.

I would give a first impression but the game hasn't got here yet.

This is definately not well balanced system. GF4 4400 is top v-card. 700 CPU is very slow and 256 is under todays standarts. I suggest buy at least another 256 MB RAM (if you do not plan to buy new MB + CPU with other type of RAM modules in near future).

Thats exactly right. I just bought the vid card about 2 weeks ago and plan to upgrade the CPU and mobo and RAM in a couple of months. But meanwhile thats all i got.
