The site for Everquest - Legacy of Ykesha, the free downloadable EQ expansion, has been updated with an <a href="http://everquest.station.sony.com/legacy/f_charms.jsp" target="_blank">article</a> on how Charm Items work.

There is nothing free on that add-on. You have to pay for it to use the features.
