Help the Shaman in Skulldoon

I have wandered around for quite a while and cannot find the wicked man with the image of the Shaman. Does anyone know where he is? Please help.

I don't have any exact location but I think it is between the road to the black swamps and the moon bridge. I always get across his hut when trying to reach the moon bridge from skulddon. I suggest you follow the mountains east of skuldoon , not too close tough just have them at sight and have your camera zoomed out , it helps trust me

Alohan's hit the nail on the head! I was also going from Skulldoon to the Moonbridge in the Forbidden Lands when he found me!
