City of Heroes: Marvel Litigation Settled @ Official Site

The official <a href="http://www.cityofheroes.com" target="_blank">City of Heroes</a> and <a href="http://www.cityofvillains.com" target="_blank">City of Villains</a> sites are carrying word that Marvel Entertainment Inc. and NCSoft have <a href="http://www.cityofheroes.com/news/archives/2005/12/marvel_entertai.html" target="_blank">reached a settlement</a in their recent litigation.
