I do not play Shadowbane but I think I know it does not look like Old UO Shadowbane is 3D while UO was 2-D Isometric.
About the skill system or game mechanics I can not really comment _________________ =Moderator of General MMORPG talk forum=

Shadowbane is supposed to be purely PvP with complex system of territorial warfare and generally no other elements of MMORPGs. _________________ (@) |

Eh?
No other elements? What about the fact that you have to kill monsters and gain levels?
Or the tradeskill system?
But other than that, it's pretty different. _________________ Like some bold seer in a trance;

haha I know its 3-d I was meaning game play wise, being able to own houses, it being interactive, roleplaying possibilites, conflicts that could occur any moment with other players, thievery..etc.. |

Im curious if the interface still requires a bunch of mouse clicking to move your avatar around. I dont think the game could support itself financialy if they kept that method.
My prediction for SB is that they go live with 1 server in the hope to recoup some of the development money before it fizzles out and shuts down. Much like WW2OL, only worse. |
