Kenders are small hafling-like creatures, I think.
Why use Morrowind names for races and not common ones, like catmen, lizardmen, etc?
I vote for lizardmen. Not Argonians.

I am not 100% sure what distinction is being drawn between high elf and elf, but I am assuming it is Tolkien based, so I selected High Elf - of couse!
The elves of the first age had some pretty mighty mojo ... not enough to beat up on Melkor ... but they had moxy and attitude aplenty.

Elves of the first age were only cocky since they had hardcore backing by the Valar and Maiar. Although they did have old skewl mofo's of their own; like Feanor etc.
Not that that kept Morgoth from ownz0ring their asses from time to time, but still.

Most of my Charas are Half-Elves or (when possible) Half-Drow. I like their Outcast-Roles and I tend to play Multi-Classes (and Humans are boring). I also like Tieflings and Chaonds.
