| Where to find the tax collector Addhiranirr is hiding from? |

Hello,
I'm doing the quest where I have to get information about the Sixth House and another cult in Vivec, from three people.
One of them is Addhiranirr, a person hiding in the St. Olms Underworks in Vivec, who is too scared of the Census and Excise Agent (or tax collector  ), so he does not give me the info Caius wants me to get in Vivec.
Please help me out with this one if you can, I'm absolutely stuck trying to find/murder this tax collector

the guy that she hides from is 2-3 floors up and in the middle of the place...really not so hard to find...if u run around in the sewers around where shes hiding there is a shrine whit some bad ppl in it...they will attac you and one of them had a daedric long sword!!! |

Were do you even find the guy you need to talk to, who tells you where the tax collector ive looked around for hours, killed some people in the sewes still cant find him please help |
