Where are these 2 Egg poachers at that i am supposed find? It is the 2nd Fighters Guild Quest in Balmora.

From the Balmora silt strider, go south (follow the river). After a while, you'll find two guys standing around a campfire. That's not the poachers, but those miners are near the mine entrance. Go in the mine and wander around. The poachers will find you...

Be careful, though, they will attack you on sight. And don't kill any animals, unless the attack you.

Go trough both doors of the queen section.
Immidiatly trough that door you are attackted. One is at each door.

Whew! I got em! A hard task as both the bastards attacked me at once. As i was fighting them off, one of queens warriors started hitting me from behind. But some creative footwork and a well timed jump, and i was the victor!
Now on to greater Glories!
