Where is the witch near Caldera

I agreed to find her, now I'm sick and there is a nekkid nord following me, I want to find the witch soon so I can get healed.

I'm not sure if it is the witch, but there is a Breton woman on the back road into Ald Ruhn coming from Caldera. I talked to her and she offered me no quest, or worthwhile information, so I think she's probably the witch.

I had gotten the quest earlier from the naked Nord, but I was unable to find her. I reloaded and ignored the Nord. Later on I bumped into the woman on that road, but didn't bother to backtrack and pick up the Nord to see if it was the witch, as I was on another quest.

She's in a Valley North by North EAST of the Nord guy I think. Not positive since I wandered around filling in the entire region to find her. She's in a blue robe and is named Sojia or something like that.

When you get to the nord, a little ahead there should be a fork in the road. Take the right road and she should be just up ahead. I would suggest, if you're a warrior or some melee type to keep the axe and not give it back to the nord. It comes in handy and is also quite valuable. No one will ever know you stole it
