Sirollus Saccus and Armor Training
   

Has anyone gotten this guy to train you in Armor? The official guide says he is a mater trainer for armor. I don't see an option for training when I talk to him. Is this a bug?

That could very well be a bug( mine was too). All I did was rearrange some stuff in the TES editor. Other than that, i cant help you.
