German site Moggers.de let us know they have 150 'City of Villains' beta keys to give away - simply write a PM in the moggers-forums at "Gewinnspiel" with "CoV Beta" - thanks Ereven.

I think they mean to send a private message to a forum account by that name. There are other German beta instructions at the official CoV site, but that's unrelated to the Moggers.de keys. (Use babelfish if you don't read german.)[/url]
