Who would win in a fight between Cor Angar and Gomez. Gomez has a slightly better sword and better Armor, but Angar can use magic and Gomez can't. I want to hear your opinions.

Who would win?

The question is idealogically interesting, but both Gomez and Cor angar are indestructible. I put them together in a dungeon then posessed them.
Gomez is nastier and slashes away at Cor Angar (who just stands with his sword armed but does not fight (he is the pacifist type) neither lose any points.

I think Cor Angar would win. Gomez is only a wussy with a good sword and armor, but Angar is a great fighter. I remember how I felt good when I killed Gomez in G1 .

ok, lets see
Gomez:
Strength - 90
Weapon - Innos' Rage (110 dmg)
total damage - 200
Armor - 85

Cor Angar:
Strength - 80
Weapon - Red Wind (105 dmg)
total damage - 185
Armor - 70

i dont know about life, but there is some info for easier calculations. Cor Angar would probably just keep casting sleep on Gomez. (thats what he did to me when i ticked him off)

Hey Wulf, you're pretty funny (and I'm not being sarcastic), but I mean if they were really fighting for it, all AI aside.

The question is hypothetical, it could NEVER happen in the game, got that?-- IN THE GAME. The triggers or flags in the codes/instruction set would not latch on. Now of course the pc_hero could provoke either, but this would then only be a "reflective" viewpoint or as they say "subjective". I notice that Gomez and others have no earned points they too are "new" to the game. Posess gomez in marvin mode, kill a few gaurds and watch his "exp" shoot up. But hey- - - still a good question.

Hmm.... would be worth a try. I have staged fights like these pretty often, especially between hostiles. Some started battling each other immediately if brought together and being mortalized (by flag), without provocation. The trick is to choose the right chapter to set them up against each other... like, p.ex., chapter 5, when camps have become hostile.

Judging by his stats, weapon, and armor, he probably would. But our hopes rest with Cor Angar I think.

After chapter5 or even in chapter 5 Cor Angar will win because Gomez isnt anymore immortall (you can kill him remember him and the whole camp)
Before chapter5 I dont know cuse Cor Angar uses magic but I in the game only uses the sleep spell if he has other spells maybe he can win but I think the fight will be decided in FIGHTING skills so Gomez would be the winner...he also has his boodies Raven Scar and others to protect him

Yes bTb

I have to agree, check for yourself by doing this:-- --

Go into a locked dungeon (under old camp) insert both characters and
change their f=2 stats to f=1. possess one and provoke the other, then insert
a meatbug and quickly possess. Then stand back and watch.

Well I reconsider my answer:
1)before chapter5:none,both immortals
2)during and after chapter 5:Cor Angar, the only immortal
I think this is the most simply answer I could give.
