Getting lvls

Well I'm trying to get alot of learning points, but I need more monsters, I've allready cleaned up the woods near khorinis and near Xardas etc. (Doing the woods near Onar now)
But I need some more places with a lot of monsters, do you guys have any good places?

greets

You could also clean the woods between the Lighthouse and Akil's farm, but it's a pretty hard area. A lot of Wargs, Snapper, Orcs, a very nice Orc Elite and so on.

In C1 you could enter into Valey of Mines and gain a TONS of experience from orc's, warg's and so on. Usualy I do it after I claen-up every monster in New World.

re: need more monsters

If you tell us what level your're now then we'll have a rough idea how many monsters left in chpater 1.

BTW, check out the temple ruins area if you haven't done so. There are tons of monsters there, including a cave of steingolems.

And I also curious to know how you can get into the valley of mines without getting the key from Lord Hagen( which will start chapter 2)?

I think to get to the VoM in ch 1 you have to climb about a bit on the mountains behind Xardas' tower.

If you haven't allready, go and beat up all the mercanarys and everyone in the harbour.

e: more monsters

To get to the area as Sem mentioned, just go out east gate, then go up the stone steps on the left then turn left on the dirt route. This route will later divide into 3 lanes. There are tons of monsters in that area enough to gain 2 levels. The monsters include field raiders, skeletons, orcs, wargs, wolfs, bandits, shadowbeasts, goblins, snappers and zombiesr. Make sure you can handle them and use save frequently.

Another area is the bandits mountain with Dexters. Up there you will find one cave full of minecrawlers and at the back of a tower, another cave full of skeletons and zombies.

To get from say level 14, 15 to 16, 17. But watch out and I shoudn't go there in the dark . A few wargs from behind when you can't see a thing is very bad.

and if you do run about in the forest in the dark, walk about with your bow out that way you can see where any monsters are, kinda like an early warning system medi-evil style

You could beat almost everybody in Knorinis -- just do it at night, when everyone sleep. Sneak into citisen house and fight. At such fight only 1 person awake. To prevent negative effect use "forget" spell.

re: gain levels

One thing that is different in G2 from G1 is you can't use summoned monsters to gain levels. In G2, they will fight back if you try to kill them.
