You mean for all games??? if you mean THIS, then you're mistaken. There's no groups for Morrowind (yet  ) for example. And noone tells you to join all the guilds. So I think there's nothing wrong with more guilds. |

i've heard it's just Gothic II, only there are more guilds, and there are more quests.
(and new armours, weapons, bows and creatures)

well, if you guys ever read anything about the Add-On, you would know that it is a lot harder than the original Gothic 2, you get more weapons, the Water Mages are back (and angry) there are some new enemies, new spells, new weapons, and a whole new section of the Island. it starts out the same as Gothic 2 starts out, but you now have a new quest. there are several more "guilds" as well, but you cannot join them. such as a Pirate camp, and the new Water Mages "camp". everything i know is from reviews and what people have told me.

there are five(i think) new SUB-guilds and you can join them
WAter mages
Black mage ( like Xardas )
Pirates
Bandits
Ring of water
Yeahs there is a whole new world called Jhakendar. It is a place north of islands behind mountains.
You now have 2 main quests.
The quest from gothic 2 and the new quest. The new quest is about an old artifact called the `Claws of Beliar` sounds cool yeah
The weapons are much stronger now. Dragon slicer does 170 dmg 
You can mine gold and change it into coins 
im in school right now ill write more when i have time
I dont want to spoil too muhc though
Btw blacksmithing is improved and your weapons cost much more |

i was wondering what u would like to see in the site apart from the walkthrough 
i would be so pissed off if atari decided not to release gothic 2 addon in english
but it is said they already started voice traslation
so that shouldnt be the case |
