AC 2 Review at Gamers.com |
|
A new review of Asheron's Call 2 at Gamers.com results in a rating of 8/10 and comes to this conclusion:

Despite all the cool tweaks and additions, the repetitive gameplay still nags at me. But Turbine is committed to creating interesting monthly episodes, and if they manage to both fix the problems and keep the game interesting, then AC2 will be a worthy successor.
|

Thats excactly my point. You give this poor excuse for a mmorpg an 8 out of 10 and give the same score to Arx Fatalis which after you whine about abit, you actually praise. How do you justify that? Please don't come back with "well ones a rpg and the other is a mmorpg". Most critics these days suck up to the big publisher houses which in effect pay to be praised. AC2 is a flop and no amount of monthly in-put can salvage that. |

Ok... first off, please read this editorial of mine so I don't have to make my point again...
Now please, a score means half the story, even less. Arx was worth a score of 80% to some reviewers on its very own. AC2 is a completely different game and is also worth around %80. That does not mean that AC2 is better (or even worse) than Arx, it simply means that both games are worth that score on their own. A score is not a review. And two games with the same score are not necessarily equals because of that score! _________________ =Proud Father of a new gamer GIRL!=
