WOW!! I just read about the unofficial addons for Baldur's Gate II. I visited the main page and it says it works only with BGII and not with the Throne of Bhaal expansion.

Now, I just discovered they also made an expansion for BGI called Darkside of the Sword Coast. But I can't find any info on it. Does anyone know if it needs The Sword Coast expansion installed to work or can you play it with BGI only.

Dark Side of the Sword Coast requires a fully patched version of Tales of the Sword Coast installed.

Dark Side of the Swoard Coast gives you new spells, weapons, quests, adventures +++

Damn, too bad they (as of yet) exclude Throne of Bhaal.

Has anyone tried either extension out? (Dark side of the sword coast or Day of Darkness?) Is it crap? I'm excited to try it out, but I'm worried that I'll be disappointed.

Don't forget Trials of the Luremaster for Icewind Dale: Heart of Winter. Haven't tried any of them, though.

Wasn't Trials of the Luremaster an official add-on? This new add-on sounds great, but has anyone actually played the previous ones?

To be honest I am still playing BG2 and the add-on, so I an content for the moment, but any downloadable add-ons for the future have to be a good thing.

What?? I have used my comma quota for the next month. Damn.

I played through Dark Side of the Sword Coast a couple of times and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'm currently playing The Darkest Day and am enjoying it thus far. The word is that a patch will be released momentarily to make it compatible with TOB.
