My problem is that i dont know what to do with the novice that doesnt want to work, the one near fortuno.
Please help me?

Horlok! Yeah, if you check your quest log, it'll give you the hint that you must beat his ass, then you can tell him to go back over there.

When you go back to the masher area, the Baal there will tell you that you need to take 100 units of Swamp Weed to Cor Kalom. When you do that, go back and talk to that Baal again.

The rest should be self explanitory.

you can weaken him with your bow then knock him out with a sword but dont kill him.

omg u cant beat him up??? u should just go out and train a few levels in the wild to get tougher and have more health and skill points to waste...some missions require good fighting skills

Some NPC's are invulnerable.
If you find one, dont try to beat him, he's invulnerable since he's neccessary for a event later on in the game.
