How do you combine several Plug-ins into ONE big Plug-in?

I am wondering how I would go about taking several small/medium sized plug-ins of mine and combining them to form one large plug-in? I've heard of the program, but I forget the name that does this for me.

Also if you do know how to use that program could you describe to me, step-by-step how to combine Plug-ins?

the program is Tesame (tes advanced mod editor) you can download it from the usual morrowind databases.

I haven't tried it out, but i think it's pretty self-explanatory and easy (something like: 1.select mods you want to merge. 2.press the merge button.)
