Where are the holy weapons and how do I get them

I've got one holy weapon - the dagger from the thieves guild but I can't find the other two - I read somewhere that one is in the locked chest in Ionas dungeon where her 'pet' is if so how do i get into it - I can't find any keys and even with maximum lockpick I can't get in please help. Thanks

The sword is not there.
Use the skull sitting on top of the chest to open it btw.
The sword is on the first level of the dungeon in a room with disappearing gems. Go south of it until you find a skeleton with a candle in front of it. Light the candle and the room where the sword is will be openned to you.
The necklace is in a tomb in the Dark Forest.
