My favourite rpg character must be Max from Wasteland. I remember having so much fun climbing ropes, digging through walls, blasting open doors and fighting nasty metal monsters in the Las Vegas sewers trying to reassemble him (he was a robot) and then the surprise when you met up with him later in the game and he turned out to be one hell of a fighter.
Dude, yeah. I remember that now. It's been soooo long ago. That was the BEST game ever (the reason why I love fallout). I "loved" the three breasted (legged?) call girls...they always gave a disease to the characters... _________________ Oh, freddled gruntbuggly, thy micturations are to me....

I remember Phantasy Star, it was actually on my list of favorite RPG's.
I only played part 3 and loved how the game progresses through 3 or 4 generations. _________________ --

yeah, it was pretty cool to have a different story in fantasy star depending on who you chose to marry. |

I'm surprised nobody mentioned her, but SHODAN from SS1. _________________ "Madness is the first step towards unselfishness. Be mad and tell us what is behind the veil of 'sanity'. The purpose of life is to bring us closer to those secrets, and madness is the only means." --Kahlil Gibran |

Right, Shodan was pretty cool... and scary.
Another nice character? Let me think, it's been a while that I posted here... the problem is, I'm not a CRPG freak so I don't remember as many as I probably should...
...Lord Andre from Gothic 2 is one of my new favorites. And I love Grunty (JA2)! _________________ Jaz |

As a collection the characters from PS:T are unbeatable. My favourites are Annah and Trias but I could easily list a dozen.
I have soft spots for Dogmeat, also. |
