Pesky doors, and missing crven runes

Not sure if im missing some vital point, but I am having major difficulties in the crypt.

1) I cant get the door to room 7, Heeeelp

technical skill thing is at 40, no key fits, cant bash it in.

2) I have been through all the rooms leading up to the room with the dials in, but i only have 5 runes and im assuming you need more.

3) There is a tomb in the large hall that says the cover is too heavy to lift, any ideas?
