| Morrowind TES:CS - Help needed |

I have already created the land, NPC's, the main story, items and some other things but I need help with quests. Can anyone describe the way how too make a simple quest like that someone has too take a note too someone else ?

Most of your quest-creation happens inside the conversation system - it's worth looking at an example to better understand where to start.
Open up your editor, go to Seyda Neen and look at the conversation items for Vodunis Nuccius and Darvame Heleran. This is a very simple quest, but it illustrates the use of the journal system, character-specific dialogue, and a conversation-driven item sale.
