Masters, GM, and Blue numbers in Skill screen

I'm not sure what you need to get master and GM. I know expert requires level 4, but is it like the old M&M's? 7 for Master and 10 for GM? or 7 for Master and 12 for GM? It would be a great help to know. Another thing, When you go into the stats screen, where you add skill points to make your guy better, why are there like, 2 blue numbers, then the rest black? Are the blue special or something?

I am sure about 7 for master.
I have grandmaster (blade) in my party but I am not sure about exact number, 12 however looks familiar .

Oh, ok. Well, whatever. And I found out what the blue numbers are, so no more help.

So you probably find that they are caused by magic items, am I right (I was not sure, so I did not write it in previous post).

Yes, that is correct. And no, you did not mention it.
