The blacksmith..

Yeah...thanks to the guy who told me where the south gate Orc was I am his apprentice. (Thanks your so freaking 1337!)What do I do to be able to make magic blades? And when I am done with all the steel billets , where do I get more IN the city?

another question for when someone replys. im a merc, not a citizen, but before when i was going to become a paladin someone said, dont go to the smith for work because you can learn to make swords later. when and where can i do so? also right now im lvl 7, with a 45 damage one hander, is that good?
