Correct review, congratulation!
I do not like only one thing in this game, when I have to do a lots of jumping in Shadow Ruins. But I managed to do it.

Good review, Garrett but the score seems too high for such an unfinished game.
I think in the future i'll only watch for games that you scored higher than 8/10 because i'll definitely not buy DL..

Well, as they say "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"

Ive loved several games everyone seems to spit on (BZII,Myth,Rune)

Really tho, Im glad someone finally gave DW some credit for this game, after all, there are some aspects of it that look decent. Yes, its rough around the edges, I played the demo thru. I feel bad for the guy, its not like he's some total jerk asking for it like some other game developers, he's got practically his entire RPG community trashing him. He just kinda pushed out a game a little early you know, people do it all the time. He's patching it up, making an attempt to right things.

I plan on buying it myself... just not til after it hits the bargain bin.

Sorry DW, my sympathies only extend so far ='.'=

Rune ? Do you mean the game from human head studios ? I played that one too and i liked it a lot but it's no RPG. The last game where Bradley was involved and that i liked was Cybermage: Darklight Awakening but that was 10 years ago.

My compliments, Garrett...not wholly unexpected, but still "ballsy".

Speaking of which, I rather suppose I should convince Becky to check the bargain bin the next time she is close to an Electronics Boutique - then I could see this game for myself:-)
