How to get rid of a party member

How can i get rid of a party member ???

There is icon for it in right_down corner.

There are I think 4 dots, 3 together and fourth is on other side and there is arrow from group of 3 dots to this lonely one.

the button is in the control group box at the right, down corner of the screen.
THe button is the top, rigth one of that box.

And last note: you can have this panel closed, so you need to open it by clicking on small button with group of arrows.

Or select him and press ctrl + d and he will disband.. u can always get him back if u want
