1. I noticed that when you killed a person or a creature it's body disapear if you walk a while a little and then come back. However, I killed a man sitting at a campfire with his friend, but not his friends. He's body did not disappear at all. Why is it that the body of the people and creatures you kill dissapear and why does some not dissapear? If it is supposed to be such a realistisk world, the corpses you remain in the world in my opinion!

Do you have any idea of how taxing that would be on your system?

Bodies with items on them stay until a certain amount of other bodies are in the game, then the oldest ones disappear.

If a body has nothing on it, then they disappear when you leave the area/rest to save memory for the gigantic world that you explore.

In Gothic, there are alot of people. These people have different jobs to do. There is a person in the Old Camp that is responsible for digging graves for dead people and dead monsters. His name is Mud.
Sometimes Mud does a good job and burys everyone that is dead; and then sometimes Mud has some rice schnapps and doesn't do his job very well.
If you see dead bodies around, then go to the Old Camp and tell Mud that you will show him where they are. I think you have to ask him to join you to show him the bodies.

I don't think it'd be the framerate I'd be worried about for all those bodies - it'd be the ludicrously long saving and loading times as every save position would have to position the direction, hieght and inventory of every body. The loading times are long enough as it is without that to worry about.

i led MUD to the Lizards tonight

he just stood ther in his lil pink teddy, and tried to do a show,
but they must not have appreciated his talent,
so no doubt they attacked that pink teddy as a bull attacks a red flag
