Where is dungeon in Old Camp?

I just teleported back into the Old Camp and killed Gomez. I found the key to the dungeon on him and I'm assuming that Stone is locked up there. Can anyone tell me how to get to the dungeon and if Stone is indeed there? If not in the dungeon, where can I find this guy? All help is greatly appreciated.

The jail is in the house opposite Gomez. Main entrance, forward until you hit a wall, then downstairs to the right.
