Lee has disappeared

I just went to Chapter 3 (I think, it's after you get all of the Focus stones). Now when I go to see Lee, he's not there anymore. If I ask a character 'Where can I find Lee?", they say "He's right over there." Is this a bug, and if so how can I fix it?

No problem, glad to help,

Also just at that point notice how you might easily (dragged in by the conversation with Lee) almost inadvertantly join the merc's, if you don't you could for examlpe, stay guildless.
