This may sound weird but i cant find both halves of the parchment in the orc caves....i found the one half by the skeleton in the middle tunnel but i cant find the other half.....please help

The location of the second half is pretty obvious, actually.

When you talk to the Sect guy, he'll walk somewhere, then stop. He stops right in front of a closed gate. (I wonder where it is, eh!)

You open the gate with a hidden switch in the wall, I think... I don't remember.
But the other half is inside that little dungeon that the gate is blocking.

yep the switch is in a little cave too the left of the gate.
