Force Gothic 2 to your desired refresh rate!
   

Look for this line in your Gothic.ini:

zVidRefreshRate=0


Change it to your refresh rate that you need if you need to change it.
Changing it to something your video card cannot do, WILL give you an error...

I changed mine to 75hz ... here is the example:

zVidRefreshRate=75

thats pretty usefull allwaysa wanted to change it on 85hrz
