Two questions

1.Does anybody know how can I report the completion of all the missions Master Uthar gives to me? After I complete them, I go to him and, after I've reported three or four of them, he says I have enough prestige points and lets me prepare for the next day's trial. And I cannot report the other missions.

That is it - the game is set up in such a way that Uthar has a threshold after which he won't give more XP. But if you took all the missions, at least you get those XP.
