| Anyone know where I can get a Xbow/Bow near the beginning? |

Hey,
I have Marskman as one of my major skills but I cant find anyone who will sell me a Xbow. I have found one laying around but I cant steal it without getting killed, and I dont want the rep/bounty.
Does anyone know where I can get an Xbow new where you start? e.g. Balmora area. I would take a bow but prefer Xbow.

Erm... the store? Had a bow right there when I first walked in, that and some arrows. (Chitin Bow, Iron Arrows)

SPOILER ALERT:

In Fort Pelagiad, which is near the starting town, in the main room, there is an NPC named Shadbak gra-Burbug. Enter the door south of her. Go downstairs. You will pass a barracks to your right (to the left you will find some heavy armor in crates). Keep going until you come to the end of a hallway. Two crates are at the end. To the left, there is a small alcove with two Steel Longbows, DMG 1-25, value 100, just laying there with about 10 steel arrows. They will need repair, but this was quite a find. The fort has quite a few crates with armor and weapons in them if you want to check them out.
