Folders missing?

I had to uninstall the game because I installed various model skins and tried a few gameplay mods. And I didn't know how to restore the game to its original state. Anyway. When I reinstalled some folders are missing. Like the materials folder is not there. And a few others I can't remember the name of. What gives?

Well I am guessing your used, Turfster's Tool to unpack all your files, before which makes all the correct folders when you unpack?

If you didnt use his tool to unpack then I think you just remove the Material folders since they are not there, unless you unpack or add skins

If you just did a fresh install and the game works fine, and there is not a Materials folder then that was the skins you tried.
It has been so long since I had a clean install, I dont remember what file structure looks like.
