Redguards are not from Morrowind. Dunmer/Dark Elves are.
A High Elf under the sign of The Atronarch has no such weakness to magic, and a greater pool of magicka then, say, a Breton of equal or even higher intelligence. Thus, they are better mages. In a war, however, the Imperials have won and they would do so again through their domination of Tamriel's economy. What use is a big, hulking brute of a warrior if he doesn't have a sword to swing?

Wierdo has a good idea, Redguards could get someone to hire them then they would find where he stashes his goods then kill him and take it all

orcs would have a small chance because of their skills as heavy troops.

But they will be vunerable to some skills eg skilled mages could easily slow down one of them tanks

then again orcs do have a high wilpower so they could resist magic.

It doesn't matter. Even a puny mage can absorb/decrease willpower making the orc vunerable if the mage is too fast. Other races however can make up for that.
