I can't figure how can I save Shany on level 4 
Also, can somebody tells me how the hell I'm supposed to "jump" to gain access to further rooms on level 4 pls !?

First welcome to the Dot. 
Go here for a full PDF file and maps. There is a spiraling ledge in that area that you have to do a few jumps on to get up where you want to go.
As for Shany, will it is all timing really. You want to save before you start it for sure. You have to follow the Priests to where she is but not too close or they will not let you win this one. Too fast and you get the same problem. Try it out so you get in and kill the ones closest to her first but before they can call the demon on you. I always started to run in when I heard her scream first time myself.
