Question about changing camps!

I just started chapter 2 and joined the Old camp as a mage. Later in the game will I be able to switch to the sect camp as a templer? I wanted to be sect camp but they only train to level 4 for magic so I have read. Any suggestions?

Aww sorry...your gonna be a guard for awhile. But as a mage you did make a good decision not joining the Sect, as you already stated

Gomez I don't quite follow?

I am a fire mage in the OC at the moment, not sure what you mean by "You will be a guard for awhile"? Still can I join the Sect camp later in the game even if I am a Fire mage now?

Probably not.

You mean you became a fire mage without first becoming a shadow then a guard? How did you manage that? How did you do it? How did you even get into the castle to see the mages?

You have to become a shadow first before joining the mages, but you don't have to become a guard first.

Sorry now I see what you are asking I was a shadow....then when I was offered the guard position I asked to be a mage instead.

His right. You can go straight from shadow to mage.
About joining the sect camp we are not sure about that.
Some people say they have been able to switch to the sect camp but Moonslash couldn't do it so it's probably not possible.

Yes, there is a change to change camps!!!!
But thats later in the game near the end, then old camp wil see you as a traitor becouse you helped the watermages.
So then you can join Sect or New
And if you want to be a templar oke then join sect but if yuo wan to be a mage, join new

Everyone had to do the quest for sect camp in chapter 2. Its part of the main story.
