Screes in the upper right corner

is it just me or are those screen a bit messed up.Because once it said ultima4(remake)-blabla and when i looked at the screen i see a dungeon siege style or once i saw nwn style

Many remakes use an existing engine. They�re more like mods. DS and NWN are a popular base.
