Gothic II v1.31 vs. v1.32

I know v1.31 is the UK version and v1.32 is the North American, but I wondering if there were actually any differences in the software? For example, there is that small unofficial patch that fixes a few journal bugs (entries in German not English) in addition to a number of other things, but it's alledgedly only for v1.31. Does that mean the 0.01 difference in version fixes these same issues?

This is the only difference we know about.

Sorry, could you explain what the difference is exactly? Are you referring to the journal entry bugs etc.?
