Arx Fatalis on old hard drive, won't run

I changed hard drives and I had Arx Fatalis on my old hard drive, which is now the slave in my machine. I want to run the game from the old drive, but it says that it can't find the game info and to reinstall it.

I recently moved across state and I don't have any of my CD's here, is there some registry entry I can add to fix this problem? Thanks for any help.

I dont have Arx Fatalis installed on this machine anymore, but I do have Gothic II. They are both JoWood, so maybe this will help.

Run Regedit and look under hkey local machine\software. I have a folder called JoWood, and under that it says Gothic II. If I highlight Gothic II, on the right there is a "runcmd" line that has the path to the gothic.exe file.

Maybe Arx has something like that ?
