I was wondering if there are any vendors that sell 2h weapons. I have one off a templer and I was just wondering if I could upgrade without beating someone up for it. Can I get my sword skill anymore so my critical hit is better then 10%?
Who can I talk to to get my mana increased? I got down to one last focus stone and I need to use some scrolls that require 10 mana to use I only have 5.
Is there any way to edit you character? Just wondering so I could mess around later.
Thanks for the help

Hi,
You can get mana from any of the Mage merchants. You can get to the water mage in the new camp without doing anything special. Once you get into the old camp castle there is someone there as well. In the sect camp there is someone called Ball Cadar, I think, who has students under a banner; it's close to the templar training field.
I think you have to join any camp as a fighter-type, i.e. non-mage, to be trained in and sold two handed weapons; but I'm not sure here since I haven't gotten that far yet. I haven't been able to play much
Search the boards for "hero export" to find posts on editing your character if you want to do that. You'll have to figure out what attribute goes in which field though.

I hope the message below doesnt contains any major spoilers. I have tried to avoid them.
You have a couple of places on where you can increase your mana, however, you must make an option early in the game. Either you play as a mage, putting all your power in becoming a mage, wearing the best protection rings/necklaces you can find and AVOIDING spending points in weapons...
Or you become a fighter, spending all your points in sword, strength and when you have maximized, start rising your dexterity to max...
Its difficult to master both, and you must choose.
Warrior:
I dont think you can buy 2h weapons, even if you could, you find far more better 2h weapons out there. If you dont want to beat up someone ïn town for it, try to take out a orc or something. You can find them guarding the orc area, and if you position yourself on a cliff or something they wont be able to reach you.
Master (level 2) is the best you can get. Keep upgrading your strength, and when you reach the "maximum", have in mind that your rings/necklace affects your maximum value, so take them off and make sure to train your base (unmodified) strength to max, then put them on again. If you want to be really serious, save all your permanent strength potions until you have trained up to 100 strength... But that might be considered to cheat.
There are few things out there that cannot be hurt by a maximum strength + modifications.
Mage:
I could rise my mana at Torrez (old camp) and Cronos (something, guarding the ore mound in the middle of the new camp)... Dont know about the sect.
You have the the option "I need to improve my magic" or something like that...
Dont rise your mana if you are a fighter. Thats the big point. You can smoke a specific type of weed (dont remember wich) to permanently rise +2 in mana.
Best Regards

I don't want to waist skill points on mana but don't I need it to get this last focus stone? I can use that weed but it will only bring me up to 7 mana and I need 10 to use the scroll. Is there other ways I could get the stone?

Cronos sells a ring that gives +10 to mana, as I recall. Not that expensive either, only costs about 200 ore. |

I remember that I was given a load of potions before going out on that quest, including a + in mana potion.
There is also an option to choose "mana potion" after trying to deliver the letter to the magicians of fire.
Also there is an option to choose Mana Potion as a reward from Cor Khalom.
Best Regards
