Strange problem
   

I have a strange problem.Time to time the screen frozes just like that and then i have to restart my computer What could that by?Had anyone had a problem like me?
Here is my configuration:

AMD Athlon 2000 xp+
512 DDR
Geforce 4 Ti 4200
Windows XP.

Can be everything. A driver, power supply, heat.
Enter the BIOS directly after a freeze. Is your cpu temperature above 50° C?
