got the forge, dragon egg saw the ladies, chose to enchant with scroll, I got a meteor sword for my troubles, and my book updated to head for the bunker. Am I on the right path, am concerned about the sword.. reply asap please
great game,

got to the lake for the meeting, then went to the force field in rm 45, level 4
cannot cast dispel field,,,no scrolls, cannot but them, I tried. level 9 all help appreciated, thanks

Since you are using a scroll, I assume that you do not have the spell Dispell Field learned yet? If so, maybe you can put on a few rings of casting(+10%) if your level is too low. You can look at the correct rune sequence in the Arx Fatalis Walkthrough .pdf file on the rpgdot Arx web-site. It is pretty nice and covers everything in the game and clocks in around 80 pages.
