Hi Gothic Fans,
Gothic 3 is coming, hopefully fast.
Some facts and figures are already released, but its mostly on serveral different forums and fansites.

There arenīt many official infos available before G3 is officially announced at this yearīs E3.

And again most of the things they call "facts" are just rumours. The dutch site even got an entire storyline written on their site, that's just bs. Nobody knows whether or not it's even going to be near that story.

meh nothing new really ..
most of it you can figure out your self from a few interviews and screenshots ..
the rest is most likely just rumors and speculation
not even any new artwork .. except for the maps at the .nl site ..
not to sure about them though for all we know they could just be early sketchs that may change alot during the makeing of the game ..
or they might even be from another game ..
i dont think we'll see any hard facts about GIII untill its announed

Funny thing that on .nl site the story sounds like it would be dungeon siege with no personal freedom at all only following pre-planned route ... and they don't even mention desert once while under rumours it says you will need water to survive ... why if there is no desert ? Everything is kinda messed up there I think.

It's not bad I think, and if you read the message at the top it says the source of it - JoWood Forums. All of that has been posted at the forums there, but only assumptions made by fans(just like we do here), no facts.
Interesting reading though, and some of it seems very obvious, yet I think PB will let us in on a few surprises as we play(not as straight forward as this).
Also, the maps says "fake maps, possible guidelines", so it's just something people have drawn up. "Brotherhood camp"? The brotherhood is dead and gone I'm afraid, and I don't think they will make a reappearence considering the fact that they were the Seekers and got smoked by our hero, hehe.
I love this one though:
"-The Story in Gothic 3 will not make progress, only by dialogue."
From the .nl site. Hehe see? The "," is wrongly placed. It says that the story will NOT progress, except in dialogues. That is the opposite of what the interview said - the interview said the story would not only progress through dialogues, hehe.
Nice typo there. |

People are just too obsessed with this game. Jowood has locked all means of communication between PB and the rest of the world. Maybe the E3 will bring something new about G3. After all we do have the RUMOUR that Gothic 3 will be presented on the E3 in May.

That story is complete bullsh*t. Someone came up with something and they took it as if it will be the real story.
There won't even be chapters for example.
