Titan Quest: Toolset Preview @ GameSpy |
|
GameSpy recently attended a 'Titan Quest' demo, coming back to write about the toolset:
During a recent demo of the game, Iron Lore made us privy to one element of the game that we had been wondering about for a while: the world editor. To hear them tell it, the suite of tools that will be included with Titan Quest when it ships will allow players to create content as rich and detailed as what its designers have produced. We got to see first-hand what it's capable of, and while it's impossible to estimate what kinds of things the community will come up with, the ease of use demonstrated by the designer at the helm proved pretty encouraging.
|

Scripting tools would also be very welcome, but that, according to the guys in charge, is up to the community to concoct. So get to work, guys.
Indeed, I'd like that!
The tools for mapping sound awesome, very customizeable. _________________ "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing" -Edmund Burke. Mentioned in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. |
