Murderer's Description Quest in balamora!

This is the quest that u get the servant of the murdered lord of the manor in balamora. THe murder turns out to be the guy at the door in council club. But talking to him just results in him denying the charge (with no new entry in the journal). Would asking him again and again do any good? or should i just kill him?

well if u taunt him into fighting you, then no. but it your attack him first then youll have to pay 1000 gold. or you can pickpocket off of him to provoke him to fight and pay a smaller fine. its all up to you really, but in most cases the hallu guards wont appreciate your actions.
