Clive Cussler

Anyone read any of his books? I just started his Dirk Pitt series (I started with Iceberg) which is the 2nd one

And im currenlyt reading it...I also hear that a movie called 'Saharah' based on his Dirk Pitt novel of the same name, is comming out in 2005.

Don't be so enthusiastic ! The first thing I noticed in the poster was that Al Gordino looks like a bag of bones and has nothing similar to muscular, superhuman strong , friend of Pitt. I'm really afraid of this movie . I've seen "Raise the Titanic" ...it wasn't bad though it hadn't got this specific "thing" characteristic for Cussler novels.

I'm great C.Cussler fan and I can't stand when sb make a lousy movies based on such wonderful books.
But who knows , maybe it's not going to be so bad...
